Colombia cries Julio César Bovea, the second Vallenato legend who passes away this year. The first one was Maestro Lucho Bermúdez, who died in May. Bovea was 75 years old when he finished his days in Bogotá and more than 60 years dedicated to the Colombian emblem of music: Vallenato. He used to boast that he was the first artist to make Vallenato a national phenomena and brought it as far as Argentina, Mexico, Spain and United States.
